Ohio-based Maroon Group has announced the acquisition of specialty chemical distributor Lincoln Fine Ingredients. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is the Group’s first foray into the CARE segment and builds on several strategic acquisitions over the last three years, aimed at expanding Maroon’s reach in the specialty chemicals distribution field.
