Direct sales giant Mary Kay has announced the appointment of Deborah Gibbins as new Chief Operating Officer.
Having worked for the company for five years, Gibbins will be situated at Mary Kay’s global headquarters in Addison, Texas, and will oversee the global supply chain and research and development organisation. Incorporated in this is the new global Richard R. Rogers Manufacturing and R&D Centre in Lewisville.

Gibbins joined the company in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer having previously held leadership roles at PepsiCo and Arthur Andersen LLP.
