THE DETAILS The rebrand consolidates the DTC beauty brand’s position as a ‘Digital House of Brands’ following the acquisition of Baby Chakra earlier this year and merger with POPxo and Plixxo last summer. And with Rs 750 crore kitty to play with, further M&A activity is inevitable.
