Johnson & Johnson has opened a new Global Services delivery center in Tampa, Florida, which hopes to host 540 employees by 2020.
The site, which was announced in 2015, is 88.5 thousand square foot and a state-of-the-art facility.
Erin Champlin, Vice President of Johnson & Johnson Global Services, said, “Today we celebrate opening this new center as the latest advancement in the proud history of the world’s largest and most broadly-based health care company.
“This new center expands our strong business presence within the state of Florida and we are excited to be a more active member of this vibrant Tampa community.”
According to the company it chose Tampa as its North America hub due to ‘the availability of highly educated talent in the fields of Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Procurement and Human Resources.’
