Northwest Cosmetic Labs (NCL), a formulator and manufacturer of skin care and colour cosmetics, has acquired Dream Team Beaute, a color cosmetics innovation house for prestige brands.

The acquisition will cement Clearview Capital-owned NCL in the prestige color cosmetics market while adding new avenues for the company such as pressed and loose powders.

The Dream Team Beauty division will continue to be headed up by Kimberly Clark and Esme Mancia, who co-founded the company in 2013, while the pair will work to create new business opportunities for NCL.
