Oriflame’s Athens HQ awarded LEED EBOM Gold certificate

Oriflame’s Athens headquarters, owned by Grivalia Real Estate Investment Company, has become one of just four properties in Greece to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (LEED EBOM) Gold certificate, according to a report published by Property Magazine.

Construction consultancy McBains Cooper was bought in to provide sustainability advice, including energy modelling and life cycle costing services.

“As one of just eight LEED certified buildings in the whole of Greece and one of just four LEED-EBOM certified premises, the Kifisias 69 building is well and truly among the sustainability elite of Greek properties,” Apostolis Drakoulis, Operations and Technical Manager at McBains Cooper Hellas told Property Magazine.
