The former Director of Design Innovation at Procter & Gamble, Steve D’Amico, is set to join the world of banking. D’Amico will join Fifth Third Bancorp, charged with creating an embedded innovation capability throughout the company.

At P&G, D’Amico led the Clay Street project, an innovation lab peopled by multi-disciplinary teams and tasked with solving complex business challenges.

Fifth Third president and CEO Greg Carmichael commented, “We are excited to add a world-class product innovator and design expert to the Fifth Third team. Steve will build on our recent accomplishments in innovation and drive a portfolio of high-profile opportunities.”
