P&G held the Southern Europe final of the second edition of its CEO Challenge Europe Competition last week.
Some 18 finalists, picked from a pool of 1,800 applications, were split into teams and charged with compiling a proposal on new business strategy and digital innovation for the Head & Shoulders hair care brand.
The winning team, Caterina Albertini of Bocconi University, Alejandro Morras of ICAI and Marina Fernandez Munoz of ICADE, were awarded their prize by Franco Giannicchi, President and Executive Director of P&G Southern Europe. They will go on to represent the region at the European final in April, competing for a place in the global final which is due to take place in Panama in May.
