P&G to boost sales in Philippines with new launches aimed at women

Procter & Gamble is looking to boost its presence in the Philippines with a slew of beauty launches aimed at women, according to a report published by CBN News.

Fama Francisco, P&G President for Feminine Care revealed that the FMCG behemoth was expecting mid to high single-digit growth for the market this year. “We will be bringing the best innovation ever,” she told CBN News.

Francisco also hit back at Trump’s assertion that US companies shouldn’t outsource operations. “We need more Filipino talents to really understand the insights here in the Philippines, develop marketing programs, sales programs that cater to the Filipinos and I don’t see that taking away at all from jobs that we do in the US,” she said.
