P&G to launch consumer tech center in Brazil

Procter & Gamble is planning to open a research and development center in Brazil next month, according to a report published by ZDNet.

The consumer technology innovation center will become the 18th such facility that P&G currently operates worldwide, and will look at innovation and sustainability for the US FMCG behemoth’s products, packaging and processes through focus groups, VR sessions and even simulated weather conditions and production environments.

The facility will be located at a former P&G administrative office in Louveira, Sao Paolo and staffed with 120 people.
