THE WHAT? TricorBraun has acquired New Jersey-based SGB Packaging Group, expanding its foothold in the cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care industries. 

THE DETAILS The purchase also expands TricorBraun’s supplier network, with European and other international supplier partnerships focused on prestige categories where SGB Packaging is the sole North American representative.

SGB Packaging leadership team will remain with TricorBraun, and will continue working from its existing location in Hackensack, New Jersey. 

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
