Schubert Group has announced that, as of October 1, 2015, the group’s North American activities will be coordinated from its new regional headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company’s existing offices in Dallas, Texas and Toronto, Canada will be kept as service hubs, with the Toronto facility also serving as a sales office for Canada.
The new location will enable the packaging company to provide a better service to the North American market as a whole – Schubert’s largest market – as well as benefitting from improved connections to Germany and Canada and a well-established infrastructure, assisting the group in the development of its team and future growth.
The training facility will be relocated to Charlotte from Dallas, and supplemented by a second machine, bringing the center within a few hours’ drive of the group’s customers.
Schubert North America will be headed up by Fritz Kipfer, currently Managing Director of Schubert Canada, supported by Johannes Schubert, grandson of the company’s founder. Kipfer is charged with doubling revenue for the North American market over the next five years from US$50 million to US$100 million.
