Backed by Yellow Wood Partners, PDC Brands has acquired UK brand Original Additions, boosting its growing portfolio of portfolio of beauty, personal care and wellness brands.

Original Additions owns three leading brands; Eylure London, Elegant Touch and Salon System.

Original Additions will be joining other brands such as Dr Teal’s, Body Fantasies and BOD Man, Bodycology and Calgon, and US multi-cultural haircare brand, Cantu.
