THE WHAT? Procter & Gamble Singapore is extending its R&D capabilities with the launch of a dedicated baby care research facility at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, according to a report published by Biospectrum Media.
THE DETAILS The team based at the research hub will spearhead end-to-end product development, with the emphasis on consumer research, product design and packaging development.
THE WHY? Some two-thirds of the world’s babies are born in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, so the expansion of R&D capabilities on the ground is key to meeting shoppers’ evolving needs.
