Revlon has announced that Benjamin Karsch will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Revlon’s consumer division.
Karsch recently spent six years at global health insurance provider Cigna as Chief Marketing Officer. Karsch was responsible for re-launching the Cigma brand from a B2B focus to a more consumer-centric orientation. He also revved up Cigna’s mobile, marketing analytics, customer insights, and customer experience capabilities.
He has handled global marketing for Las Vegas Sands, consulted for McKinsey & Co and held brand management positions at Proctor & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
At Revlon, Karsh will be responsible for the consumer unit’s brand marketing, product development, consumer engagement and PR.
