Revlon has announced the appointment of Pamela Gill Alabaster to lead the company’s Global Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility function.
In her new role, Alabaster is charged with managing global internal and external communications, public affairs and CSR. She will report directly to CEO and President Fabian Garcia.

Alabaster joins Revlon from the Estée Lauder Companies, where she served as VP Global Corporate Responsibility. Prior to that, she worked at L’Oréal for a period of 20 years across various senior marketing and management roles.
