Rihanna is set to launch her cult cosmetics range Fenty Beauty into the Asian market this September.
Taking to her Instagram to announce the new rollout, the pop star stated that the range would be available in Hong Kong, Macau, Seoul and Jeju, South Korea.
The development signals further global expansion for the popular cosmetics range, which has helped earn Rihanna a place on the Forbes America’s Richest Self-Made Women list.
Rihanna stated, “When I launched @fentybeauty in 2017, it was important to me to make sure it was available globally so everyone had access to it. And now we are continuing to expand our Fenty Beauty family to Hong Kong, Macau, Seoul and Jeju in September!”
Within Hong Kong, Fenty Beauty, created in partnership with the LVMH Group, will be rolled out by the DFS Group – another subsidiary of the parent company – and will be sold at T Galleria by DFS, a Sephora store that is set to open, Harvey Nichols, Beauty Bazaar and Beauty Avenue.
Meanwhile it will launch at Lotte Duty Free in South Korea, Shinsegae Duty Free in Seoul and Shilla Duty Free in Jeju.
Taking to a statement, Rihanna said, “I created Fenty Beauty because I wanted to make a beauty brand that is inclusive for people everywhere. “I want everyone to feel beautiful, recognized and empowered, no matter their ethnicity, culture, skin tone or style.
