RPG Life Sciences, a division of RPG Group, is set to enter the Indian cosmetology market next month. The company has agreed to in-licence two products from Italian firm Labo Cosprophar, according to a report published by the Business Standard.
RPG Life Sciences has set up a separate division to market the products, which comprise a hair-growth stimulator known as Crescina and an anti-ageing treatment called Fillerina.
“We recognize the need for research-based, result-oriented treatments in the hair-loss and anti-ageing segments in India. Labo has a Switzerland-based research center and the experience of developing a wide range of patented products in hair, skin and body care. Their products have presence in over 33 countries including Europe, UK, US and Asia. We are confident that both these products will be ideal to fill the need gap in respective therapies,” said CT Renganathan, Managing Director, RPG Life Sciences.
