Advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi has created two new global roles as part of its ongoing restructuring program.

Jeff Geisler has been named Chief Marketing Officer, while Carol Miller-Repetto has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for the Procter & Gamble business.

Saatchi veteran Miller-Repetto previously held the role of Executive Vice President-Global Equity Director and Brand Agency Leader at the agency, curating the work on P&G’s Head & Shoulders and Fixodent brands. Working from the London office, she will now lead the integrated communications efforts for the agency’s P&G business.
