Sally Beauty promotes loyalty programme via new app

Sally Beauty has launched a new mobile phone app that highlights its rewards programme, enabling users to track their points, access reward certificates, and shop on the go.

Available for iOS and Android devices the app is a continuation of the company’s digital transformation plan, with Sally Beauty stating it offers users new tools, “making it easier than ever to achieve professional quality hair color and care results at home.”

Aaron Alt, President of Sally Beauty Supply, said, “Sally Beauty is altering the way consumers shop for hair color and care by personalizing their Sally shopping experience and providing convenience right in the palm of their hands. Our new app uses innovation to educate and support our passionate consumer base to meet all of their beauty needs in real-time.”

The app is said to have already achieved 90,000 downloads while being developed.
