Sephora has showcased its global beauty trends via a runway fashion show held in Shanghai, named Beauty Voice: Global Beauty Trends Preview & Sephora Day 2019 Spring/Summer.
The show put the spotlight on its new collection as well as those from its brand partners, with the beauty retailer working with 25 partnering brands on the fashion show.
Showcasing new products, these included topcoat, body lotion and eye masks from the retailer’s own brand collection, as well as looks from brands such as Make Up For Ever, ReFa, Stage Q and Bottega Veneta. The products will be launched in Sephora stores across China in the first half of 2019.
The trends presented on the catwalk were based around eight themes, including Pink Power, Stay Young, Sport Girl, Game On and Unisex Beauty, and channelled topical trends such as artificial intelligence, night life and healthy living.
