Shiseido announces growth and innovation strategy; makes leadership appointments
THE WHAT? Shiseido Americas has announced new leadership appointments that is ‘aimed at accelerating its commitment to growth and innovation across the region.’
THE DETAILS Agnes Landau, has been named as Chief Marketing Officer, U.S., a newly created role.
In another newly created position, Louanne McGrory, formerly President, Shiseido Canada, has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer, U.S.
Antonio Andrade, formerly SVP LATAM, where he oversees the company’s Latin America business, has been appointed President, Shiseido Canada and LATAM, while Mary Gerzema, formerly SVP of Consumer Insights and Digital Media, is named as EVP, Marketing Intelligence & Consumer Engagement.
THE WHY? The new appointments and innovation strategy come as Shiseido continues to report stifled growth.
