THE WHAT? Shiseido is celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2022, and is recognizing the launch with a new advertising campaign.
THE DETAILS The company is creating new adverts in Japanese newspapers from January, which will communicate its initiatives for ‘making a sustainable world where people can experience happiness through the power of beauty under our mission ‘Beauty innovations for a better world.’
The visuals feature future cosmetics service experiences in space with a model, Hana Kondo, receiving online counselling, accessible from anywhere anytime and package-free skincare products.
As well as a new anniversary logo, Shiseido has launched a 150th anniversary special website.
THE WHY? Aiming to promote its milestone anniversary, Shiseido will continuously update the content throughout the year, which will include an introduction to its corporate philosophy and the latest anniversary-related activities in each region.
