The letters H.E.R. hold a great significance to her fans, not only to young women, but to all women, to trust in the power of their worth.”

THE WHY? Viguier-Hovasse highlighted H.E.R.’s social media impact and activism work as making her a suitable Global Ambassador for L’Oréal Paris.

She said, “As a Black and Filipino activist, to a TikTok trend sensation, inspiring some 539k videos, we couldn’t ask for a better addition to our globally diverse Beauty Ambassadors that represent some of the many pillars that define what beauty means.

“I think I can speak for everyone within the company when I say ‘Welcome to the L’Oréal Paris Family, H.E.R.!’”

H.E.R. said of the appointment, “I couldn’t believe L’Oréal Paris wanted to work with me! I was very excited. I’ve been a L’Oréal girl since I started wearing makeup. I remember using just a little bit of L’Oréal Paris mascara and my mom’s mini compact as a mirror, when I was little.”
