THE WHAT? Air France and Sisley have cut the ribbon on a new spa located at the airline’s La Premiere Lounge in Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport.

THE DETAILS La Premiere customers will receive a free 30-minute facial at the Sisley Beauty Institute and lounge guests can also book a range of additional body and facial treatments, lasting from one to one and a half hours or tailored to passengers’ individual flight times.

The treatment center boasts a 40sqm treatment room with large mirrors, white corian furniture and soft, ambient lighting, as well as a boutique offering the entire range.

THE WHY? With travel curtailed, airlines are competing for every passenger. Presumably, Air France is hoping that its spa will give it the edge.
