The Body Shop has realigned its management structure due to a group reshuffle, with Simon Coble being promoted to Deputy Zone Manager for North America and EMEA.
Coble will be replaced by Linda Campbell, previously Retail Director for the company’s UK arm, while Ashley Farmer will take on Campbell’s role, which has been reorganised to oversee retail and The Body Shop at Home.
Coble will be reporting to Pierre-Olivier Morlaas, Managing Director for Europe and North America.
The reshuffle follows the announcement of a new 3200 sq. ft beauty innovation hub in East Croydon, London, earlier this month, which will foster development in marketing, sustainable sourcing, product development, sustainable development and ethical product development and sourcing.
