The Body Shop is reigniting its activist spirit starting with a new concept store on London’s Oxford street. The Natura &Co-owned brand has transformed the shop, which sits opposite Bond Street station, into an ‘interactive activist workshop’ with an activism corner and several eco-friendly features designed to appeal to ethical shoppers.
The store boasts a refill station, allowing customers who have purchased a refillable aluminium bottle to personalise it and fill it with a selection of shower gels and creams time and time again. The refill station will stock limited edition seasonal flavors to entice repeat customers.
Those who have chosen the single use option will be able to recycle their empties and the store will also offer a water tap so visitors can refill their water bottles on site.
