The Estee Lauder Companies announces new Travel Retail leadership appointments

THE WHAT? The Estee Lauder Companies has announced that Patrick Bouchard has been promoted to Senior Vice President / General Manager, La Mer and Le Labo, Travel Retail Worldwide, effective immediately and that Eric Lee has been appointed to SVP, Business Development and Strategy, Travel Retail Worldwide, effective September 6.

THE DETAILS Prior to his promotion, Bouchard held the role of Vice President, Global Client Management while Lee joins Travel Retail Worldwide from the Corporate Strategy team where he served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy.

THE WHY? The US prestige beauty behemoth said in a statement on Lee’s appointment,“An experienced and strategic business leader with a rich background in managing cross-functional teams, Eric is uniquely positioned for this key role. Eric will be responsible for leading the strategy efforts of the TRWW organization, as well as spearheading key business development opportunities and business intelligence priorities.”

Regarding Bouchard’s promotion, Lauder revealed, “Patrick’s collaborative mindset, business acumen, brand building and retailer knowledge, and proven leadership skills position him well for this role.”
