The Estée Lauder Companies has announced that it has appointed Michael Smith as Senior Vice President, Global Information Services and Chief Information Officer, effective immediately.
Smith joins the company from Boma Technologies, a consultancy company he founded. He is charged with advancing innovation in IT applications and infrastructure to support and enable growth as well as driving global technology solutions in key strategic areas for the company, such as retail, digital, social and analytics.
