THE WHAT? The Good Glamm Group has acquired a majority 51 percent stake in the content-platform Tweak, owned by Actor and entrepreneur Twinkle Khanna. 

THE DETAILS Acquired for an undisclosed sum, Tweak is a digital platform that focus on women-related topics such as relationships and sustainable living. 

Following the cash and stock deal, the Mumbai-based brand will function under Good Media Co, led by The Good Glamm Group Founder Priyanka Gill. 

Tweak Founder and CEO Khanna will continue in this role and take a seat as a stakeholder in The Good Glamm Group. 

THE WHY? The acquisition is said to enable The Good Glamm Group to get access to the Tier I markets in which Tweak has a strong presence.
