Tonymoly to open in Thailand to cement ASEAN growth

Tonymoly is planning to open a store in Thailand as part of a wider push to build its presence in the ASEAN region, according to a report published by The Nation.

The Manager of the K-beauty firm’s Overseas Business Department, Woo Sung-kook told The Nation that the brand is already well established in Thailand, and expects to grow by 27 percent this year.

“Tonymoly has exported more than 50 products to Thailand and many more items are being considered for the market,” Woo told The Nation. “We envisage that the store could be in a similar format to shops such as 7-Eleven, Family Mart and Drug Store.”
