Personal care giant has announced it will be opening applications for its annual Unilever Sustainable Living Young Entrepreneurs Awards in May 2017.
The annual awards, in partnership with University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and Ashoka, launched in 2013 and aims to ‘celebrate and support people under the age of 35 who are working on a unique product, service or application that will help create a brighter future for those in need.’
An important event in the personal care calendar, the awards recognise and support a generation of new leaders, with seven winning entrepreneurs being provided with a total of more than €200,000 in financial support and individually tailored mentoring from Unilever, the CISL and sustainability leaders.
According to the company, the overall winner will also receive the prestigious HRH The Prince of Wales Young Sustainability Entrepreneur Prize.
