Unilever United States has brought back the St Ives Mixing Bar for the second year in a row, located at 168 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron, which is set tol run until 15th September, 2018.
The concept allows consumers to create customized face scrubs, moisturizers and body lotions made with 100 percent natural extracts, while there will be exclusive retail products including bath bombs, lip scrubs, hand creams, and an Apricot rollerball fragrance.
As an extension of the bricks and mortar retail store, an online site has launched and will run from 15th June to 31st December, 2018 where buyers can shop for the full range of bespoke products and retail items.
Suzanne Palentchar, Director of Marketing for St. Ives, said in a statement, “We are excited to bring the St. Ives Mixing Bar back to New York this year, offering our consumers the chance to once again create their own skin care products using our favorite natural ingredients. We are bringing back some of last summer’s top sellers – and have expanded the menu with some new surprises as well.
“As a brand, we are always looking for new ways to engage with our consumers. In response to their feedback from last summer, we are excited to open an online direct-to-consumer extension of the store to bring the same custom experience of the store to fans nationwide.”
The company has enlisted a slew of famous faces to support the instore space in a concept called Live With St Ives, which was launched by reality star Jordyn Woods.
