Unilever Nigeria has been recognized as the second best company to work for in Nigeria by US-based research and management consultancy, the Great Place to Work Institute. 

In its third annual Great Place to Work in Nigeria awards, the institute ranked leading organizations in Nigeria according to the results of surveys that queried employees on management practices, organisation culture and job satisfaction.

Unilever Nigeria achieved second place in the ‘large corporates’ category of the awards, behind accountancy firm, Akintola Williams Deloitte.
