THE WHAT? Unilever and JD Logistics have signed a memorandum of understanding with a view to exploring sustainable business initiatives together.
THE DETAILS Building on its existing partnership with JD.com, the Anglo-Dutch FMCG giant will work more closely with the JD Group’s digital supply chain and logistics services arm to create a framework to identify opportunities for innovation and sustainable growth.

THE WHY? The agreement is grounded on a shared commitment to sustainability – namely Unilever’s Sustainable Living Plan and JD’s Green Stream Initiative.
