Vogue teams up with Comme des Garçons for commemorative first fragrance

Conde Nast, publisher of Vogue, has teamed up with Japanese fashion label Comme des Garçons in order to create the first Vogue fragrance to commemorate the 125th issue of the fashion magazine.

The fragrance, named Vogue 125, is limited edition and is inspired by the magazine’s history; notes of accord, acetyl furan, and fresh ink were included in a nod to the scents of instant film used in photo shoots, the scent of tobacco, and the magazine’s first printing press respectively.

The packaging was designed by Vogue Art Director Aurélie Pellissier-Roman, and the scent is now available at Dover Street Market, New York, and online.
