James Kehoe has been named as Walgreen Boots Alliance new Executive Vice-President and Global Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1st.

Having previously worked as Chief Financial Officer and Board Director of Takeda Pharmaceutical Group, Kehoe will succeed George Fairweather, who will move on to become a Senior Advisor to Walgreen Boots Alliance CEO Stefano Pessina in the fields of business development and finance.

An established Finance Executive, Kehoe has past history of working in the consumer goods sector with a focus on driving operational business performance.
