THE WHAT? Color cosmetics company Warpaint London has announced the appointment of John Collier as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1st September, 2021, according to stockmarketwire.com 

THE DETAILS  Collier has previously spent 30 years in consumer goods, having worked for Revlon from 1996 to 2018. 

Having recently taken on the role of President of vVardis, a Swiss oral beauty health beauty company, Collier has founded a New York advisory business. 

THE WHY? Chosen for his expertise in the industry, Clive Garsten, Warpaint Chairman, said, “We are very pleased to welcome John to the Warpaint board.
