Jessica Alba’s Honest Company is said to be considering putting itself up for sale, according to a report published by Business Insider.
The baby products company is thought to have identified FMCG giants Unilever and Procter & Gamble as potential buyers.
The move comes after plans to go public in 2016 were put on hold. Honest Company is valued at approximately US$1.7 billion, having reported revenue of US$300 million in 2015.
