Organic skin care brand Z Skin Cosmetics has been re-launched with new packaging to reflect customer feedback and a more user-friendly e-commerce site.
The products will now be available in larger sizes and packaging has also been adjusted with a new label design and tube format.
As Creator Ryan Zamo explains, “One thing many customers didn’t like was the small sizes of the product. We kept it small because the products are organic, and if you don’t use them in a timely manner they may go bad… I use all my own products so when customers would complain about my old packaging, I knew how they felt.”
At the same time, product cost has only increased by $1, which Zamo claims is to cover the larger tube, while there is no charge for the additional product ‘to keep customers happy’.
The company has also relaunched its website, with a ‘sleeker, eye-catching’ design, according to Zamo.
