Cosmetics company Revlon is rumoured to have put its global brand PR account up for review, with current AOR Lippe Taylor thought to have declined to participate, according to a report by PR Week.
According to a source there is thought to be a handful of agencies taking part in the process with a decision on the successful agency likely to be made this month.
The news, which follows a host of changes within the Revlon communication’s camp last year, follows Lippe Taylor’s President Paul Dyer stating that increased work with other clients and changes within Revlon had led the agency to decide to move on.
Speaking of the agency’s growth, he stated, “So we’re needing to prioritize our efforts. We’ve enjoyed partnering with Revlon for more than five years, but with all the turmoil and client changes, we felt it was time to move on.”
