THE WHAT? K-beauty’s Aekung has unveiled a flagship digital store on Alibaba-owned Tmall, according to a report published by Aju Business Daily.
THE DETAILS Aekung Kerasys, as the online store has been dubbed, will sell the brand’s hair care range, comprising shampoos and conditioners, which is endorsed by K-pop star Suzy. The line will be expanded to salon-strength treatments and hair dyes in the near future.
THE WHY? A spokesperson for the brand told Aju Business Daily, “We hope to expand our points of contact with Chinese customers through our online flagship store.”
