Coty has named Fiona Hughes as Chief Marketing Officer for its Consumer Beauty division, effective June 12. Hughes will report to President and CEO Pierre Laubies. Hughes will also become a member of the Executive Committee, a milestone for the US beauty behemoth whose executive committee currently counts just one woman to eight men.
Hughes joins from Jacobs Douwe Egberts where she was CMO and an Executive Committee member. Prior to that she held various global marketing roles at Mars, over a 12-year period.
